Vitamins - advice?

Even though my chewable vitamins are Celebrate I use the Bariatric Advantage chewy bits for Omega 3 fish oil stuff.  I hate taking fish oil because I can always taste it but not in those.  They are delicious.  I would be surprized if you didn't like the Celebrate chewables.  I literally look forward to my multi vitamin in the morning because it tastes soooooooooo good.

PM'd you my addy... please feel free to swing by and visit whenever you are out my way!  *wink*

Is this the Omega-2 chewy bits from bariatric advantage you are talking about?  http://www.bariatricadvantage.com/catalog/categoryHandler?cat=Bariatric%20Advantage%20:%20Omega%203s%20:%20Chewy%20Bites&expand=1

How many of them do you need a day?  Can you expand upon the reason one should take an Omega-3 supplement?

You use the chewable calcium from celebrate, right?  How many of those little suckers do you get to munch on a day?  These, right?

Anyone taking Biotin to lesson hair loss?  How much of that should I be popping a day?  I feel like such a little druggie with my pill dispenser and medicine cabinet full of suppliments, Actigall and Prilosec!  I still have some percocet left... Next thing you know, my neighbors will be hitting me up when the stores are closed for the night!

Yep those are the Omega chewy bits.  It's great stuff for a number of reasons...it's just not coming to me right now.  The link to the chewable calcium was down but it's the creamy lemon stuff and it's AWESOME!!!! Calcium is once a day.

I took Biotin and Zinc for hair.  It can't hurt but I know keeping your protein where it needs to be is really important.  I don't have good numbers on the amount of biotin and zinc because there's no hard rule on whether they work.  I do believe in taking it because like I said, it won't hurt.

OK I have to say - I still don't like them!  I got the Tangerine flavor from Celebrate.  I mean they are much better than others I imagine, but I just can't get into the texture and that vitamin-e taste!!!!

What on earth will I do?  I am gong to ask my surgeon next Thusday if I can take pills.
