It kinda just hit me...can obesity be considerd a pre-existing condition?  Even if you were never trested for anything related to the obesity?  I do have a clause against pre-existing and this questioned arised while I was reading another post.

Anyone know??

Well..to play Devil's Advocate...they DO weigh us every time we go to a dr's office..no matter WHAT we go in for..and if the insurance comapany wanted to PUSH it, they could take those weights and say "hey-you weighed XXX lbs then and were OBESE"....but those SAME weigh ins were MY saving grace when building my "history" of FAILED weight loss attempts, when I had to show how I had stayed ft over the years...

So...shoot...who knows????...lol....it all depends on what insurnace underwriter is reviewing your file that day and if he/she has had coffee/got lucky/etc/etc
