If you haven't done caffiene yet, don't start, use decaf coffee and add a chocolate protein to it, yummy, to me it is like Hot cocoa. I just use a small amount of either cold coffee or cold water to mix the powder in first, then slowly stir in hot coffee. It is my morning ritual, wish I would have known about this 7 years ago, just learned it when I came back to OH last fall !
