Hi everyone.
I have been researching for a good part of the day, extremely slow at work, for sites that have a good diet plan menu. I'm curious to know if any of you have a site you print menu's off of or do you plan your own meals and print them out? Just wondering how you all go about planning your protein, calorie, carb and fat intake.

Thanks.
Sharon

I pretty much plan my own, I tell ya if I were a rich woman the first thing I would do is hire a wls friendly chef!!! LOL

Anywho... I try to make healthy choices I go for high protein low carb, honestly I feel by picking the healthy choices the fat and calories will be correct. I actually emailed my nut today to ask about food ideas to help with the reactive hypo, when I hear back i will be happy to share. I look forward to seeing the posts.

Hey there Lilitu,
Have you gone to The Weight Loss Surgery Channel website? There is a chef on there who has a bunch of recipes. I just found that yesterday and need to print of some of his recipes. I think I'm just going to write down my favorite foods and go from there.

Later...
