I do computer graphic art and I LOVE fixing up women's pictures.  I did a real quickie job but I hope you like it Kathy.  I can do much better but I'm up past my bedtime and I have some little dental surgery tomorrow so got to go to bed!

I'm literally about to run out the door for some dental minor surgery but I wanted to explain something quickly.  Our cameras these days have the ability to pick up every pixel...so clear that it actually records more than what the human eye sees if you were looking at someone. That's why so few people really like pictures sometimes so what I do is make it more like what the person sees through their eyes.  Of course I fixed the glare in Kathy's glasses and stuff like that and I love putting makeup on women that don't do it sometimes to show them what a difference some things can make.   I truly love doing this for people and would be happy to play with anyone's pix.  Just let me know and I'll send my email address to you.

Sally you can send any picture you'd like to me.  My email is on my blog anyway so I'm just putting it out here anyway.  It doesn't matter, I'm not worried.  Send the highest res shot you can (meaning the bigger the file, the better) to [email protected] .

I am a creative person no doubt but every person on earth has a talent or talents of some kind.  Some people don't know they have them sometimes and it's never too late to find out what they are.  Some people also look back at their years of obesity with negative and resentful feelings for all the bad things that happened to them.  I look back and choose to concentrate on the blessings.  Because I was obese I isolated and because I had a computer, I learned a lot about a lot of things.  While my peers were partying their butts off and probably killing a lot of brain cells I was educating myself because I was afraid to go out in public.  Because of that I learned so much and now I look at it as the many blessings that come back to me now.  I also look at it like this.  Some of those same peers that had perfect bodies and partied like crazy have burned up and burned out and are sitting there asking "What now?".  I spent those years learning so much so now I'm asking "What can I do next????"   I now can approach life with a more mature brain and a better physical body too. 

I could play with clay and photography and all that stuff while I isolated at home and learned to explore whatever creativity I could find in myself and I never held back....I never thought I can't do that.  I can try it and see if I can and if I can't, I move on to something else.  For instance the logo for the forum.  It is a bunch of patterns like I painted it.  I did paint it except it was on the computer and then signed it "Bariatric Girl".  It turned out fairly pretty but there wasn't much I could do with it so I put the letters over it and used it for the logo.



I love to "paint" on the computer.  I apologize if I repeat any stories or pictures but here are some of the images from computer art.

I could go on forever but I LOVE giving the gift to a post-op that's never seen herself as beautiful.  I showed one lady what the difference was just by shaping her eyebrows.  So...Sally send me whichever picture you'd like and that goes for everyone!

WOW!  I finally have perfect skin!!  All those lovely "angel kisses" that my doctor somewhat uncharmingly wants to call "sun damage" are a distant memory in your pic!  I'm positively glowing! 

Thanks, Yvonne - you're a photo artiste!  My mother will love it, particularly!  She's always after me for a better picture.  I didn't think this one was half bad - considering that I took it myself, but you certainly improved it!!

How FABULOUS!! Isn't it just too much fun and joy to play with the graphic arts!!!

I am just a baby in learning things. Basically I do my own thing and have yet to take a REAL class. I will definitely do that one day for sure.

Here are a couple of mine. Yvonne-you are gonna drag out all my creativity! LOLOL! I REALLY need to hang out more with my creativity and less with my work computer! *Sigh*
