Touch Your Toes

Touch your Toes. This was one of the Best things I learned in College. It's a lot easier to do this in person but I'm gonna try to share this this way. I would normally ask you to close your eyes as I touch mine if front of you. (I always like to let people know that I won't be touching them) Then say touch your toes. If you'd like to touch your toes then continue reading......................

Ok so take note how you touched your toes. Did you stand up, and bend over and touch your toes, the same way you always do? The same way most people do? Just think of all the ways you Could have touched them,  touched your two big toes together, picked one leg up, and so on and so on.  The lesson that the teacher taught us with this is: for everything you do, you have a choice. For me the lesson goes even further. When what I am doing isn't working so well, look at other choices, or always look for better choices.

I find myself saying many times 'Touch your Toes Saara, Touch your Toes"

I hope you guys enjoy this as much as I did (and do)

Earlier this evening I touched each of my toes!
It was quite a bit easier to clip my nails without that "OTHER PERSON" that has disappeared always in the way!!!!

I love this...I so get it.  There are many ways to do something and especially when we don't get that what we are doing isn't working.  You know...the definition of insanity.  Doing the same thing over and over and over and expecting a different result?  There's another great saying.  If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always gotten.

Again, I love the "touch your toes" lesson.  Thank you for sharing.
hugs, Y

Just wanted to say "I LOVE this" what a great way to help us all remember we can make different choices.  I can so see myself taking a step back and saying Touch your Toes and remembering this lesson.

Thank you for sharing..
