Well, today I'm off to the surgeon's office for my 6 month follow up.
This last month I haven't lost as much so I'm a little sad about that... but not entirely discouraged. Gotta look at the bright side. I mean I've lost over 100 lbs since last December so now real reason for complaint....
so... just going to say:
PHOOEY... and move forward.
Hoping that my labs are good, since I've been fairly diligent in taking my vitamins.
