Im So Excited!!!

Hello to all..just had to post and share..I went to the Dr. C today and was weighed and I have lost 65 pounds so far!! I almost did a little dance right there in the office. I only have 12 pounds to go before I never have to see 300 again..I am really pleased with this and I hope that everyone who has had surgery gets to have one of these moments. Hubby is doing great..he has lost 60lbs..can't believe I forgot to share that..between the two of us we have lost a whole person!  very exciting stuff..thank you for your kind words and encouragement..it means alot to me  Big Hugs right back at ya..Katie

I'm thrilled for dropping a half pound at a time... because they all add up!!!

I've already lost a person also....

Now my question is....

WHERE DO ALL THESE LOST PEOPLE GO?

But wherever it is... I certainly don't want to meet up with them again!!!

I always say "I lost a Back Street Boy" but some people are starting to not understand.

I'm just dying over "where do al these lost people go"!!  I hear a song coming and you DO have to be a certain age to know this one.

p.s. By the way she was always one of my heroes regarding music.  I spent hours sitting on my stool with my guitar singing folk songs. The bedroom light off and the closet door open so the light would hit me just right like on a stage in front of a full length mirror.  In the early 80's I was able to fulfill that dream and play for happy hour for about 5 years.  The weight came on...it couldn't last but it was fun while it lasted.  Here's a video I did a year or so ago doing one of the things I love.

hmmm....  I AM that certain age... the song started going through my tiny mind before I read further down!

I told my sister that I lost our "third sister", and she's gone forever [130 pounds].  Deb (my sister) said, "Well, I won't miss her!" 

Me neither.  Buh-BYE!

Well the scientific answer is...you pee and exhale the other person out ....so you have flushed them away and blown them off.....kind of an exorcism ....I think they stole Yvonne's song and turned it into a TV show
