I posted six month progress pics on my profile.  I have lost 108 pounds - just 58 more to go!  Feeling great!

Let God's presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom
to sing, dance, praise, and love.  It is there for each and every one of us.

I looked and you look great!! You should copy and paste them into your post! I was going to do it but I wanted to make sure it was OK before I go posting people's pictures.  I'm so proud of you!!

Thanks so much, Yvonne!  Here's the most dramatic side-by-side, I think:

Kathy ... THAT is amazing!!!

YOU are just a melting away!!!

hurrah for you!

recently I hit a bit of a stall- but things are moving along again... slowly... I don't mind so much... I'm still making progress... right now I'd rather have my hair stop falling out than reach goal weight!!

Of course-- if that meant NOT reaching goal-- forget it!

I could always go and get a wig!!! HA

YOU DO LOOK TERRIFIC! So keep up the good work!!!!
WE will make it!

Don't worry, your hair will stop falling out.  I think I said this already but I think mine happened exactly like they told me becuase it's what I believed.  It was literally to the day.  Started at 3 months and stopped at 6 months.  We always think more hair is falling out than we think.  Mine was thin already and look at me now!  I still have long hair!  Hang in there.  Visualize lots of hair on your head.  Did you see where I did your name in glitter letters? Like this??

Yes, indeed - we will!!!!!  My hair is still falling out, but it seems to have slowed a bit lately.  I'm glad - I don't intend to cut it.  I want to grow it out!
