WLS Retreat

Well, tomorrow my wife and I drive to San Diego to spend three days at my first WLS retreat.  My surgeon holds an annual retreat at the Del Mar Hilton.  There are lectures, guest speakers, exercise classes, dancing, etc.  I'll give everyone a report when we return.

SO Chris is that instead of the exotic Kansas trailer park vacation you were planning?
