I know a lot of you received nutritional plans...but unfortunately I did not..so if you guys could help me out I'd appreciate it.

How much should I be consuming daily?  Also bad stuff (sugars etc.) how much should I try to stay at for the day?

Protein: I do know is around 60-80 g right?
Calories: How much should I be consuming?
Sugars: How much is too much for the day?
Carbs: How much is too much for the day?
Fats: How much is too much for the day?
Sodium: How much is too much for the day?

Thank you for your guidance!

Diana

Hi Diana,   I am still pretty new at this but I do see a dietician every 2 weeks and a bariatric doctor every month to keep me on track.

I am eating about 100 grams of protein right now.   My dietician just had me up my calories so I now am eating in the 600's, I was way too low in the 400's and not losing much  My wieght loss has increased with the extra calories.   To up my calories I have 2 cups of coffee with a scoop of protein in each

Sugar, I really do not eat any other than a bite or two of fruit each day

Carbs...these too I eat very little of.   A Wasa cracker and perhaps 3 soda crackers would be it for the day (only one or the other, never both)

Fat, I do not worry so much about at this point because I am getting in so few calories.  I have cream in my coffee and while I do not add unnecessary fats to my foods.  I use low fat and fat free products and if I use oil to cook it is either Pam or Olive Oil

Sodium...I don't worry about sodium at all - have very low blood pressure.
