The second one is very important because it is absolutely true that we become like the people we hang around. Drop out of the "ain't it awful" club. If you surround yourself with people you want to be like, it is far better than hanging around with people that WILL drag you down. It's so important to take care of your investment of the miracle of your surgery. This journey is hard enough to take care of yourself without allowing negative influences coming in your life.
