WLS Success-through Powerful Positive Attitudes
REHYDRATE!
Had a tough time getting not only my protein but also my fluids in.
So- since i had to run to Walgreens to pick up some stuff for my poor hubby- I wandered around and found some vitamin waters that I thought I'd try. Walgreen's carries something called "pureamerican"
zero calorie waters. 20oz bottle is $1.39. I chose a couple different ones since my tastebuds have not been cooperating with me.
The one I thought I'd HATE is the one I love!
Fruit Punch-rehydrate!
I generally have very strong feeling against fruit punch.
but this isn't strong and it has vitamin b & potassium added.
Being that i've been so dehydrated the rehydrate caught my eye... and well I was able to get down a 20oz bottle without any issues!
So if you are having hydration issues and you have a Walgreens nearby check it out... You may be pleasantly surprised!
oh and take a look at my ticker! it's heading to HALF way to goal ALREADY! I am thrilled- to say the least!
hope everyone is doing well.. we can do this!!!!
Does it have any sugar in it? I haven't found any that don't have sugar. I have all different kinds of water flavor stuff and I just switch around a lot. It's funny though...I've been drinking the same protein shake for 8 1/2 years! I like it so much and I have to do something for breakfast so that's what I drink. I hope everyone knows how important it is to do some kind of breakfast because it will actually cause you to gain weight if you don't.
I'm so proud of you and Kathy being half way there!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO
hugs, Y
