well for b'fast.... I had 1/3 cup of greek yogurt, a couple of slices of peach and a little bit of Kashi Heart to Heart cereal. It was yummy.

Good morning Vick,
I picked up a Vivanno strawberry banana smoothie from Starbucks this a.m. What lured me to purchase it was because it said they put a shot of whey protein in it and some fiber. Lord knows I could use some protein right now and prolly some fiber too. But I really HATE that it costs almost 5.00 when I KNOW I could have purchased the ingredients and make my own, which was my plan this a.m. (to make a banana shake) BUT, I didnt realize my alarm was off and instead of waking up at 6:00, I woke up at 7:00! It was really good though, but I won't be doing that again.
Right now, I am getting as much water in because I KNOW I need it too, so no mid-morning snack. Lunch today will be leftover soup, leftover mole OR open a can of tuna. Need to go and check which has the MOST protein.
Yesterday all I was able to eat was about 1/4 a cup of shredded chicken from a tortilla soup I ordered for lunch.
And then I had about 1 tbs of chicken w/ mole that my mom made for dinner. THAT was delicious!
