well rise and shine. what do u have planned for fuel and fun? i hope u have a great day. i had a bowl of cereal for breakfast and now i will have some decaf with 2/3 cup of nonfat dry milk. total of 20 grams protein. don't know about the rest of the day. i'm tired from helping my parents so i am taking a day off, but on call, to do some laudry and rest. hope u have a geat one. vick
