Yvonne some how I missed that you are a photographer!

I don't know how I missed reading that! I Love photography!
My Dad was quite an ARTIST I just don't have the gift for working with oils the way he did.

But- at times I can SEE a really great shot and have taken some nice photos.  I've been kind of working on a project for over the past 10 months.  My friends lost their house to a horrible fire in December- (They all got out safely. My friend, her husband, her elderly Mom and the couple that rented the small apartment) - I started taking photos and haven't stopped as the rebuilding work has progressed.

Would love to put it together as a slide show- but sometimes my IDEAS surpass my skills! LOL so i have to enlist the aid of some of my computer techy friends to complete the task!

I love to shoot old buildings with interesting architecture and zoom in on the fine details of craftsmanship. I guess that shows my heritage as my Dad and many others in His family were builders!

anyway-- as far as i'm concerned you can post all the cute photos of your kitties - because i never get tired of kitty photos.

I need to put up some photos of Miss Lulu on my page.

I always wanted to be able to paint and I do but on the computer.  There's a blog post where I went to a balloon festival and took some pictures and explained some things that I figured out while I was there. I took a picture of this woman (have no idea who she is) because I thought she was fascinating.  The picture below is some of my "art" (or at least one kind anyway).
