whats for fuel and fun?

well what are you going to use to fuel your body today?  how did you do yesterday?  i didn't do too well yesterday. i started out great with 22 1/2 oz of protein in my yogurt concoction, then a protein bar for lunch and 1 1/2 oz of hamburger meat.  i had to drink a shake to get in all my protein.  i will do better today.  i plan on some light housework around my parents house today.  i've already started the sheets in the washer.  hope u all have a wonderful day. vick

I have NEVER been able to eat breakfast...but today, I will be FUELING my body with HOPEFULLY more than 2 bites of a medium rare sirloin steak for lunch.  I will also eat the boiled eggs and tomatoes off my house salad. And hopefully I can have a TBSP of chili w/ cheese.   I will prolly be too full to eat dinner after this...so it will only be a string cheese tonight.

Yesterday I had a string cheese for lunch w/ about 4 crackers.  Last night I ate about 1/4 cup of potatoe soup from Bennigans, but I got "stuck" so out it had to go.  It was soo good while it lasted though. lol

Since I work FULL time and go to school  THREE nights out of the week (will start this fall semester) I have a housekeeper come every other week to do my cleaning.  I just maintaine the laundry and dishes during the week.  Plus, she comes tomorrow, so WOOHOO for me. lol  I too will wash tonight to get it all done and over with.

monica, you eat such a small amount. are u still actively losing weight?  i eat 3.5 oz of filet and then abotu 2 tble of carbs.  thanks for the input. vick

Yep, I have NEVER stopped losing weight...i have slowed down some becasue sometimes I don't make the best choices.  But im truly not hungry.

I can't eat chicken its too dry...i have never been able to eat bread or tortillas ever again, which is ok becasue they have NO nutrional value anyways.  Cant really eat rice or pastas, I get too bloated and full.  To me, Lettuce is a waste of space.  i would rather eat steamed veggies, but they also fill me up really quick...

Not sure if that is considered too little food, but I am HAPPY that i am still losing weight.  i would rather DIE than EVER get to where I was again.

Today I started my morning with my 5 am workout and my post workout protien shake(24 grams) for breakfast. For my break I am currently eating a OS TRIM Protien Stick (14 grams of Protien and only 80 Calories). For lunch I am sure I will have fish or chicken with veggies then at my 2:30 break I will have another shake (24 grams). Then my pre-work out shake(24 grams) at 4:45pm. Work out for about an hour, hour and a half then a post shake (24 grams). Dinner by 7pm probably a salad, then one last shake(24 grams) for my snack later on.

I use Elite Protien which is 24 grams per serving mixed with Silk, which adds 9 more grams of protien. I typically take in atleast 5 shakes a day for a total of 165 grams of protien.So today I should get in 179 grams in plus what ever I have for lunch and dinner.

wow, that is a ton of protein. my doc want me at 60 to 65 grams. i try to do a little more, around 70 to 75.  i guess it is different for men. have a great day. vick

I intake so much protein because when I was consuming the 75-80 the doctor was recommending I was still losing my hair. When I started working out twice a day back in Feb. I decided to up my protein to what I currently take. It has helped me tremendously!

My weight loss has slowed slightly, but the muscle I am gaining is helping with the skin. I will take the slower weight loss. My body fat percentage has dropped 13.3% in the last 4 months.
