Good morning Vick!!! I hope your trip was OK and not too difficult.  Today started off so great because I got to see the two girls come back from North Korea.  What a wonderful story.  Have you noticed that no matter what someone does that someone on the news always has to have a bad thing to say too?  It seems the boards too are getting so cruel that sometimes I feel I'm beating my head against the wall.  I don't encourage the kindness and positivity just for the sake of being nice, I'm just trying to keep our anxiety levels down because that's what causes us to do things that mess up our success.  I have to listen to my own words though...I can only control myself and live as an example.

vickie- ok i'm up but i don't feel like shining just yet and here it is 1:00 already! just feel a bit off today- ya know... nothing specific... just a bit tired.

Still haven't been able to master the sip sip wait eat wait sip sip thing yet. I think it's going to take time.

Yvonne- I know what you mean - I can't believe how many people feel they must use profanity to express the most simplest of thoughts. Once someone starts down that road it all seems to go down hill from there....
