Smart girl taking your notebook!! Another thing, don't be shy about calling the doc's office when you do have questions because they should have someone for you to answer stuff. Also...if you are comfortable with it, would you share any of your questions? I would love to see the way they are answered as a way to keep my finger on the programs out there.

Wow Vick, you certainly lead a very busy life. Here I live in Dallas and have so many museums and things of that sort available to me and I should be going! I never plan much on what to eat because I just make sure and take my vitamins in the morning and the ones I need to take in the evening and always do my Extreme Chocolate MetRX shake in the morning. After that it's pretty much just eating protein and vegetables and fruit if I'm good. I eat very boring because I just treat it like fuel...like filling up the gas in my car when it's empty. For me that's what works because I got in so much trouble when food became a sexual experience for me....or a way to self medicate when I get anxious. Life has so much to offer...like museums! Which one did you go to and what did you see??
