hi vickie....i am doing better still doing my shots once a week but since i got laid off work my insurance ends this weekend so getting all my dr apts tomorrrow and my meds filled....

i will be in dallas on 8/8 for the dinner....

Hey guys, here's Debra, one third of RYD Obesity.  So when I talk about RYD and Ramon, Yvonne and Debra, this is the Debra!  She taught me so much...she taught me to that I could trust a woman to love me without being catty and jealous.  I owe her so much and without Debra, there's so much of this that would have never ever happened.  There's so much of me that would have never happened....
