Hi i went searching because i too get tired of the same stuff everyday. And I found this website...have not really had a chance to read it all yet,,but I like how it tells you what kind of beef (for example) how many oz and how much protein. And it divides the foods...

Hi, you could try some egg salad. Chef Dave Fouts makes his with boiled eggs that he grates on a grater and adds lite mayo and a little salt and pepper. It tastes great. How about some cereal? I eat shredded wheat or maybe some oatmeal. Hope this helps. Mona
