I am 6 dpo
I am having trouble. I want to eat but I am not hungry. I just want to "eat" something not drink it. I can't tell if I am full when I drink. I am so scared of over doing it. How do I know if I am? Drink or don't drink I feel the same. I don't feel hungry and I don't feel full. I am worried.

Drink slowly and you should feel full at some point but just go slow. I know you want to eat. This is part of the tough part. It takes 14 days to break a habit. You're missing your habit. Try to stay busy and make sure and drink enough because you don't want to dehydrate! I hope that helps...and yes everyone worries too!
