2009 will be the year!

Hi all,
This is JennD.  I just wanted to post and say Happy New Year!  I know it is already Jan. 9th but it is still the beginning of a new year!  This will be a good year because I said so.  I wanted to share something and this discussion group regarding powerful positive attitudes seemed like a great place to share it.  I plan on playing this song and handing out copies of the Lyrics to my support group because it has such a powerful effect on me.  Everytime I hear it I am like He-- Yeah!!!!  So let this be each of our moto's for this wonderful New Year we have where dreams can and will come true!

What are you going to change this year?  My plan is to live a very active lifestyle which is much different than all my other years put together.  Have a goal and make it happen.  I will be here to support you all with love and understanding and maybe a kick in the pants if that is what you need!

Beautiful Jenn...
The changes I am making this year is to strive to put myself in the right places at the right times and that means removing myself from situations that are harmful to me.  I want to live my life as an example of all I have said and know it is all I can do because I am not responsible for anyone's happiness but my own.

I am looking forward to seeing more beautiful stories (like yours) so I can just step back and say "there goes yet another life saved from the disease of obesity".  You are such an inspiration to me and I'm grateful for your friendship.
