Wishing you the best.  It's good that you are getting back.  It will work out if you are working at it.

Best Wishes

You made me giggle when you said you got ****y but you know...that's the kind of person that get's it back on track.  We've got a member (Gina R) that got back on track and I look up to her because she took the bull by the horns and turned it around.  You've taken the first step and admitted it.  AWESOME!!

Even if you can't do something to use your knee, while you're sitting there watching TV you can take some small weights or even some heavy books or big food cans and use your arms to lift and extend them to build muscle.  Building muscle burns calories even when you are not exercising.  Yoga does work WONDERS and you could check out some stuff online that shows some poses that don't stress your knee.  Even better,  you could take a class but tell them about your knee.  I don't suggest those yoga classes that are in the extra hot rooms.  That can be dangerous.  Can you wrap your knee and do some walking?  We've also got a member that is a trainer that could make some suggestions too.

I'm so glad you're here and getting back on track.  You'll have a whole new appreciation when you get back to where you want to be.  Hang in there!!!
Blessings, Y

Thank You for your support. I do alot of cycling on my stationery bike and walk on my treadmill 5 min at a time. The knee pain comes from the extra added weight again, i know it. But it will get better because in 2009 I will regain control of my obesity. Again thanks.

I just wanted to take a minute to wish you the best of luck.  One of my greatest fears is regain which is why I spend a lot of time on OH.  It reminds me not to get ****y.  Sometimes it is hard though and sometimes I just wanna eat!  It sounds like you are back on track and will lose that regain in no time.  Believe that you will and it will be done!

Hugs,
Jenn
I'm not perfect but I'm me and that is good enough!
