Our support group is all about sharing information. What went right for you last month, what went wrong? Have your check ups produced the kind of results you expected to achieve at this point in your weight loss journey? What are your struggles,your successes? Let's talk!

Most of us have had weight loss surgery; seeking information in order to have it; or supporting someone who is thinking about it. Whether it be lapband, RNY or any other procedure, you're looking for support. This is an independent group, so you will gain from the input of others who have been successful in their effort and willing to share, no matter where they had it done. You may  find you have good ideas and willing to help others, or just want to learn more. We're all in this together and you can never have too much information.
