There is no local group, so I am starting one in Warren Ohio.  We meet once a month.  We are in the process of setting a time and date (leaning towards the first Wednesday of the month).  We share each others triumphs and failures, discuss foods to eat, our emotions, exercise and all things that are in any way connected to our surgery and our journey.
