151.9. Down again, if only by a smidge!
On the docket for today is bringing up medium and some small clothes from the basement and bringing down the large ones! I?m mostly in a size 6 pant now and medium and sometimes small shirt. I can?t believe the amount of size 2 clothes I have downstairs (I hardly remember being that small) It looks like I skipped size 4 altogether (or I just have not found that pile yet). It will be nice to wear some ?new? clothes.
DS3 hanging out today. He loved his meatballs with mushroom gravy! I don?t think he will stay too long today (just needs to finish up his laundry) as he has a big presentation for school that is due on Monday! Always nice to spend time with him though.
Have not decided if I will go to my new church solo tomorrow (DH will be sleeping after working nights) or watch online. I always get more out of it in person but online is so convenient!
Liz, your day on the water and dining plans sound wonderful! And Miss 150, checking under crawl spaces to see if insulation is needed sounds quite adventurous and something I sadly would probably hire out! DH hired a guy to take down/trim our landscaping foliage as he just wasn?t into it this season! We could use some of your all?s mojo (you, Liz, Ann, CC all seem to have projects you are diligently working on!)
Nope, not through at all. I'll be here next week, in KY the following week, in MO for two weeks after that (with a big side trip to Houston for a family event), then the closing 12/13, then 5 more days to clean up everything and move.

Sun out for the moment anyway and predicting a typical fall day here in SEKansas. Nothing specific on the docket. Just about cleared and cleaned up the garage (just needing to choose which tools and gadgets stay and send the rest with Kurt out to the sheds. And
thus ends the official move in. There will no doubt be plenty of Walmartrearranging (drives DH crazy), but can't be helped.
Since I don't have access to a lovely pontoon, let alone the ocean to put it in, and with the colder weather coming along, I'm toying around with the possibility of going under the house to get an upclose look re ductwork/insulation. We know more needs to be added up in the attic, but crawl space a mystery.
Ann, sounds like your move is going well and lots done And, better still, a list getting shorter daily. Yay!
CC, my best friend's boyfriend (in college) frequently found his very old and heavy car sandwiched inside (parallel street parking) the various two cars front and back. His solution was to not so gently "move" said vehicles using his car's bumpers. I don't think your car is old and banged up enough to solve problems created by a-wipe drivers?
Have a good-better-and or best Saturday...

Nice day with DD and SIL yesterday. Their flight was a very fast 2.5 hours and they didn't check luggage so we were back at the house by 9 am. We spent a whole lot of time trying to display the wedding pictures on the TV but couldn't because they were in Google photo, not iPhoto. We finally just looked at them on the laptop when we got back from dinner last night. Very emotional viewing them. So many good shots (1000 pictures!). In the middle of the day we took out a pontoon boat and docked for lunch, then beached it on a little island to swim. Much nicer riding on it vs the little power boats. DH did have some problems docking it but hopefully with practice will get better.
Today the plan is lunch at an outdoor Tiki place, outdoor music this afternoon, then steaks back at our house. Now that it is dark at grilling time the nasty biting no seeums are a problem so I will have to remind DH to put on bug spray before he grills.
But before that is a walk, then water aerobics while the younger folks sleep in. Have a satisfying Saturday!

The medication is supposed to be stable for a year in an unopened vial. Once opened, it is good for a month. Some pharmacies label it in confusing ways but that is what I have found googling it and reading FB groups - my vials say 1 year. I heard that the patent for semaglutide runs out in 2027, so at least there is some hope for the future. The patent is much further out for tirzepatide unfortunately.

So are you done when you leave for KY next time? Good luck getting it all accomplished. Brings back recent memories...
