Liz you must have good bone density. Even thinner, it's very hard for me to stay submerged. I pop to the surface like a bobber.
Yesterday was an easy going day. I have these super annoying reports I need to complete. They are quarterly reports on IEP goals progress. I have 20 to write, and they take about 15 minutes each if I have decent data to work with. I had 15 left to do, so I did 5 yesterday, and will do 5 more today and 5 more Sunday. Then I only have to do this loathsome task 2 more times, at the end of quarter 3 and quarter 4. There are a few other things I'd also like to complete this weekend so I can hit the ground running Monday, but they are not as annoying.
I'm also trying to hype myself up to go to Costco. Maybe I'll wait until closer to closing. Other than that, no big plans.
These numbers are amazing! I like your analogy about soldiers ~ we are all weight loss warriors! Sometimes the battles are won easily, but sometimes it takes every bit of determination, cunning, and knowledge we possess and the support of each other. I too am so grateful for the tools available and the good friends here.

I am taking my folks to the airport in a little bit. It was really nice spending time with them, but will also be nice to have my house back to myself! (At least for a little while, then I have a friend coming to town the first week of March). They are excited to get back to the snow, the snow plow tractor, and their home. I think the ever-lengthening days make it more palatable there.
My dad and I took the new car to pick up pizzas last night. I noticed quite the rattle from the backseat! Hoping it was my purse strap or something. I'll experiment when I get home from the airport.
Today is my 8 year surgiversary and I am at a normal weight of 183.6. I was 38.2 pounds heavier on this date last year, having already lost 10.5 pounds on Zepbound. So all told, about 50 pounds down on the meds. I am up 0.6 pounds from when my folks arrived. Not bad considering! I am also 100 pounds down from my pre-VSG weight. And 155 down from my highest ever recorded weight. So despite the ups and downs and maybe not being exactly where I want to be scale-wise or body appearance-wise, I am winning health-wise in the grand scheme of things! These tools and you all - my good friends, my fellow soldiers in battle - have made all the difference. I am a grateful girl.
I think that's it for now. Take care!!

I don't put a lot of credence in electrical impedance scales for day to day numbers. They are heavily influenced by your hydration. Using them to watch long range trends might be more helpful. Or getting a dexa scan (there are lots of mobile fitness companies that do them) to start and compare to what you're seeing on the scale might give you more context?
119.2 - I wonder why my skeletal muscle mass percentage is so high? Seems more than I would expect since DH's is essentially the same. I do have good core strength but I feel like the muscles in my arms and legs need work. I do sink like a stone in the pool though during water aerobics. Some women don't need a flotation belt at all but I am still very low in the water with one.
Very cool day yesterday with a strong north wind. The sun was out but the wind overwhelmed its warmth. It shifted last night to come from the east so it feels a bit warmer. No sun today, but it is warm enough for water aerobics.
We are considering going to the outdoor venue near us for music this afternoon but it depends on the wind since the venue is right on the water and with the wind from the east may be too cool for comfort. Hopefully this spell is the last of the really cool weather this season.
That's about it from Florida! Have a sustainable Saturday!

If you have the body done and it is just a TT, the incision will be below the belt line so not in the sun.
I hope you like the scale. It was easy to set up and connects quickly to the app on the phone. I set it up for DH too (though he isn't loving the numbers).

I'm sure it is annoying not being able to do things you usually do around the house. Will the other eye have to be done later?

That CLE is a beautiful car. I know you'll love it. What color?

I ordered Liz's new scale, too. I figure for $40, free shipping and easy returns it is sure worth a try. It may help me to be able to monitor body fat on a daily basis, too. I'm really getting kind of sick of watching the scale bounce around, albeit with about a half pound drop every week or two. Seeing body fat drop would be a nice reward and incentive.
I think I may have over lifted on Wednesday. Still feeling pretty sore in my outer pecs. Legs are starting to get sore from yesterday's leg workout, too.
I have too much on my plate for this weekend. No surprise. It's kind of how I roll lately.
RV will go to the dealership on Tuesday afternoon for consignment. Need to get it home and completely emptied this weekend. Paula, I have no interest in renting it out and dealing with all that red tape and liability. I considered it at one point, but my memories of being a landlord when I owned a duplex a took the idea off the consideration plate pretty darn quick!
My reason for not wanting PS in the summer is more about not being in the sun! Being in the sun with scars is no bueno, if I remember correctly. The other issue is I won't be able to work out. I'm not sure I am ready to let go of working out for a chunk of time right now. Perhaps another addiction blooming. At least this one could be considered a healthy one.
I also can't decide yet if I want body or neck/face work to start. I have a feeling I will start with body. I actually don't mind my face so much, it's the neck skin that is bugging me. I think weight loss and age landed squarely on my neck and lower waist. I now have a fold of skin that just hangs around my belt line. It's not a love handle, just empty-ish skin. I can pull about 4-6 inches of skin around my belly right now. Blech...
The volunteer daffodils in my backyard are blooming. First sign that spring has sprung.
