Well, I'm pretty sure the reason for the slow onset of my "cold" symptoms are that it is a sinus infection, not a cold. I used to get them all the time in the winter up north because of the dry heat indoors. I also had one in Arizona when we were there for a month in 2022 because of the dry air. It must have started when I was north last week. I came to that epiphany last night when reviewing my symptoms. Time to start the steroid spray.
Right now I am planning on going to water aerobics, but I may change my mind if my sinuses start draining. They usually give me a lot of post-nasal drip in the mornings which makes me cough. If that starts up, I probably will skip for today. Not much else planned other than making a new WW dish for dinner with chicken, cottage cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts. Maybe Beach Club during the day as it is supposed to be the last super hot, sunny day before a front comes through.

My skin is a lot more saggy than when I was last at this weight 5 years ago. I think it is my older age.

That's such a great idea. Insurance companies don't seem to embrace that concept of donating PTO for others who need it. They allow you to carry them over from year to year as long as they don't exceed a specified amount and pay you the value when you leave though.

Just a few months to go until you are on break from now on! Thank you for participating in that protest. There were some in the local area here too that I heard about afterwards. I wish they would have some effect.

125.7. Staying about the same. Really need to be careful to not dip much lower. I'm considerably more bony than I have been in the past, even at a similar weight. Aging, loss of muscle mass all contributing factors I'm sure.
Character Development class and church this morning. Only one Character Development class left out of 12. Well worth my time!
I'm still sore from my resistance workout on Friday. Didn't sleep well at all last night so I opted for a nap today instead of the treadmill. Tomorrow will hit it for sure!
I have quite the mix on my exercise playlist. Country, Foreigner, Jimmy Buffet, Queen and Praise and Worship music are just some of them!
