I think your title must be commensurate with your role and reputation: "My Queen"!

TLDR - $75K in 2010 (when that study was done) is now about $110K.
Bad news: Money matters. A much newer, better designed study finds that beyond that level most (but not all) folks get even happier.
And as with all things, it's complicated.

119.4 - official recorded weight for the week. I was a bit surprised as we did have the wine dinner last night with multiple courses. I only ate part of each course though.
Speaking of the Spanish wine dinner, it was so much fun. We get all dressed up in ****tail dresses and suit coats. The tables have fancy linens and amazing crystal candelabras. The food is delivered with a flourish, the chef comes to each table and talks about how he prepared it, and the wine representative talks about the wine paired with that course. We were at a table of 8 with people who we know fairly well. Nice night though expensive especially since we ordered a case of wine. Half the case is a sparkling cava which is a bubbling rose which was more like champagne than Prosecco with very gentle bubbles. Luckily that wine is relatively inexpensive. We plan to serve it at Thanksgiving.
One of the women at our table is a relatively recent widow and another woman with us has a partner who travels a lot for business. They started talking about doing some trips together. Very nice for the both of them.
Today is a more focused day. First priority is the long walk which I missed yesterday because of golf lessons. We have a meeting with my financial advisor mid-morning, then our regular monthly meeting to split expenses. I may feel poor again by mid-day LOL.
Time to get motivated. Have a filling Friday!

I love the title! I think you should try it for sure! Sure beats Granny or Old Broad!
I took the dose this morning and will take the next dose Sunday night.
New aspiration: to be a Grande Dame!! I am the oldest in my department at work. Do you think they would address me as such?
Ouch! That hurts me just to read it.
I remember back when people made copies of the letters they wrote to loved ones.
Truth is, hardly anyone writes long form anymore. We just text each other with emojis. We may be the last generation who actually wrote.

"Grande Dame"! Hmm ... I like that title more than I probably should. Unfortunately, my family are the kind of folks who'd throw tomatoes if I tried to claim it. Nonetheless, I'll run it up the flagpole in a few weeks at a big family gathering. I'll let you know how it goes. LOL!
