I haven't a clue! I also googled it and found other forums where someone questioned it but there were no answers. Someone wondered whether it was excluding transgendered people. Weird.

Yay for easier remote retrieval!

The DJs at the 2 pools we visited on Saturday were playing the thumpy techno stuff - young crowd. But I didn't mind it. Yesterday at the Ritz it was a completely different vibe. DSS had rented 2 cabanas and we had an attendant coming by pouring mimosas and bringing fruit. The music was very calming and ethereal.
Going out in the day can be much easier than nighttime even here, but hard to get much accomplished afterwards LOL.

I did Google lens and all I could find was that this means ADA compliant. So still confused...
Greetings all
Overcast but dry today. I am enjoying a sliced apple with peanut butter. Apples are super filling so good way to avoid crackers.
I did my daily waddle at the gym. Up to 17 minutes after a start at 10. It was a busy place today but nothing too interesting except that the elevator sign has always puzzled me. I will post it and see if anyone can 'splain it.
Beef pot pie tonight. It's just like a chicken pot pie but with beef. Not cottage pie though that sounds good. A winter comfort food.
Enjoy the snow, those of you who can. Years ago I used to get out my cross country skis and go down the boulevard in my street. Lots of work. Ann I hope your snow is not too deep to walk in. Paula and DD hope it's not too terrible. The worst part of snow is when it gets slushy on the roads and then freezes again at night into Oregon trail road ruts. And ice storms. Stay warm all.
Paula I hope your DD gets over the respiratory stuff. Hoping it's timed so he is over it before the airplane ride. RX: sun and surf.
Wow Peps is killing it at the big dog shows. Yay. And looking quite sharp in the process.
Point of progress: last night the tv remote somehow got under the bed and I had to get down on the floor to retieve it. The progress is that getting up off the floor was easier than it used to be.
Still struggling with the gallery lease. Might just have to ignor it for awhile.
Cheers all. Diane S
A pool cabana sounds like so much fun! I hope the DJs aren't just playing the the thumpy, thumpy music. One place we stayed played club techno music most of Sunday afternoon. Everyone around the pool was our age group. Read your audience and spin some Eagles.
Delightfully relaxed day yesterday. On our way to lunch with our friends at 1:30pm, DH said, whoever of us decided to go out in the afternoon instead of tonight: genius! We all agreed it was too cold to be mucking around after dark. So some good food, good conversation and day drinking led to a short nap and quiet evening with a fire at home.
This morning we went to our coffee place. We ordered, and then discovered absolutely every table, and chair at the bars were occupied. Serendipity, A table opened just as our order came up, and I threw myself on it, mere seconds before someone else tried to claim it. Not very Minnesotan of me, but I was pleased to get it.
Now, home at last after some grocery shopping to read The New York Times. The Vikings game is at 6pm. I'll make chili around 5pm, and BFF is coming over to watch too. We get to keep DD one more night. She leaves tomorrow at 1:30pm. I'll miss her, but she needs to get back to her real life, and I need to turn my attention a bit more towards my work. Lots to do in the past 2 weeks of the semester.
Maybe the warm Hawaiian sun will bake the cold right out of his chest. It's worked for me in the past.
A good snowstorm is a magical thing. I may not always want to deal with the aftermath, but even after 64 winters, I still see the beauty. Enjoy!
