Yes, she more than kept up. But she's the one who at 1:30 in the morning said it was time for us to go home. Not quite sure who the "adult" in that adventure was.

118.8 - Peps and I are now out of synch since his weight keeps dropping (no surprise). We ate late on the way home from the game and I had a fair amount of popcorn during the game so I'm happy that my weight is down not up. I took the second half-dose of tirzepatide last night.
The game was fun and not too hot as it stayed cloudy all day. Fun to watch football without being frozen but to be in the midst of all the fans.
Today is water aerobics and a plumbing visit to get a new kitchen faucet. This month we are taking care of things that have needed to be done either since we bought the place or came up in the interim. The electrician is coming tomorrow to move the dining room chandelier over (so we can move the dining table). He is followed immediately by a guy to repair the ceiling damage that will be incurred. Nothing is simple. But this will make the big room easier to arrange because the dining area has just taken up too much room due to the chandelier placement.
Likely leftovers tonight as we are booked for dinner every night after this through Thanksgiving. Busy times coming.
Have a munificent Monday!

Hay frappe! LOL, they probably sell them.
I couldn't live in a climate without a lot of sunny days. It completely affects my mood - I'd have to have one of those lamps that are supposed to help, though I doubt it would since I couldn't walk around outside with it.

Sometimes it seems like being super busy during the day exhausts the body but the mind continues being on alert for some reason.

Greetings all
Rainy grey day here. Welcome to northern cal. It makes you feel like staying in bed all day. I don't wake up well without the sun.
So today's mission is more laundry, gym and store. I did 15 minutes at the gym which felt like plenty. I don;t know how people run for hours and hours. I drive to the next town for groceries because the Safeway here is so crappy. Zero service. Forced myself to buy some spinach and mushrooms so we can say we eat some vegetables. DH is AWOL so I get to control the tv.
Enjoy the game Liz. Hope the clouds hold. Intense sun can be brutal. And hmm, if you dream of roast beef maybe you should eat some. Yay for the household helper.
Weird dreams all! No clue what they mean except dreams are often something that is bugging me. Like junk accumulation.
Just had a glass of milk and one cookie. Feeling very full.
Peps! The incredible shrinking man. Hope you are indeed having puppies.
Enjoy the theatre DD. Sounds like a good time.
GL Paula with getting garden help.
And Kudos on your pub crawl Ann and the fact that your niece is such a worthy addition to the planet.
Speaking of additions, our expectant niece is now visibly pregnant. good sign. She craves cookie dough.
So I have mentioned this guy who rides his horse around town while looking at his cell phone. The other day he was spotted riding his horse through the Starbuck's drive through. Not sure what they ordered.... hay frappe.

I prefer my dream - weird as it was! I think your dream was more than disconcerting! YIKES!
Must have been the morning for dreams. Mine was a little disconcerting. I dreamt I was diagnosed with liver cancer (DH just told me yesterday a coworker?s sister was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer and is only in her 40s). I asked how long I had and they answered, not long. I said, weeks?, months? and they just answered yeah! I was mostly sad that my kids would lose both of their parents way too soon! Let?s keep that one in the dream world and not have it be a reality!
