I had a treadmill in my basement at one point. I really did NOT enjoy using it. Much better to get out one way or another IMO.

Antarctica now officially off any traveling destination list I ever may make.
Too soon ....winter weather needs to back off a bit and let glorious Autumn weather do its thing.
I really do worry when I read how little you and Paula eat sometimes! Obviously, it's been drummed into my head repeatedly by my nutritionist and therapist! Now that I finally own it... well you know how it goes.

I'll post pics once it has pillows, a table and chairs. Now it's just a bench so not much to see...

I usually buy brown eggs, but got white ones last time and what a mess I made! They were much more fragile than the brown ones. Must be why they are becoming more widely used. Less loss for them.
