50% chance of rain, so looking to be a waterfall Wednesday here with no hint of anything but dreary gray....bleh...
Apologize for the lack of presence; I've been ostriching deeply in that dark landscape aka January. Now it is finally February and and hopefully a return to the happy place of the here and now. Baby steps, maybe, but forward progress and grateful for the movement.
Speaking of...time to mosey out the door and my drawing class...
Eyes forward and sending positive energy to all.

133.6. Well darn, up again. Calories were at 1,000 yesterday and 700 the day before. No reason for a gain, but then again I wasn't in a 3500 calorie deficit the days I was losing a pound a day while sick! Hopefully the gain will stop! I was getting excited to hit goal!
Still need to finish cleaning the house today and finish up some Bible study. Weather cold again. Boooooo!
Good luck with your golf Liz! Love your determination!

Nice dinner out last night. I had a bit of DH's unusual Greek salad and a fantastic grouper dish. Good food, service, and overall date night though we were up a little late talking afterwards.
Today is water aerobics and bocce with some laundry in between. Oh and also a Justice walk at some point. DH is playing golf today so he will be up and out before I start my activities. Leftover feta pasta tonight.
Tomorrow I play golf with the ladies so I may try to go to the driving range for a little while early in the afternoon. I need to keep working at hitting the darn ball when it is not on a tee.
That's all the news fit to print! Have a waterfall Wednesday!

I have a woman friend who can knock down walls when she snores - she does have sleep apnea. I snore a little bit when I am exhausted and on my back at times. Not loud according to DH. DH is more or less the same as me so if I nudge him to roll over it stops.

My petite BFF can be heard snoring through walls. I did have sleep apnea, but weight loss surgery resolved it. DH said I stopped snoring immediately after the surgery, before I had significant weight loss. . We were theorizing that the instruments they need to drop through your mouth etc pushed my soft palate back. Maybe?
I welcome your men to the honorable society of The Men Who Snore. We are a group of men who admit we snore, do not have sleep apnea, and try as we might can't do a damn thing about it.
Other than my father, who was a fantastically LOUD snorer (who does have sleep apnea) the loudest snorer I have ever known is my "dog show wife". She is a little Asian woman about 5'3" who sounds like a semi going through a tunnel when she sleeps.
Must be a February thing. More likely an old guy winter nasal congestion thing. Hubby hardly ever snores, but last night he sure did.
