I'm anxious for the moment I can say it out loud to admin etc. My co-workers know my plan, but I didn't want to confirm it with admin until I got my actual caseload and class schedule, lest they decide to stick it to me since I'm leaving anyhow. But they'll know soon enough :)
I just got invited for some special training NEXT week, Tuesday and Wednesday. I'd get paid $45 an hour, but jeeze. I can turn it down, but maybe it would be good to take the money. Leaning towards no. My must show up date is August 26.
Sounds like you are doing a compassionate job helping people deal with the court system.

Today is day 2 back at school. Meetings, meetings, meetings... I am going to hole up this afternoon by myself to get some real work done!
My weight is sticking right where it is. I am going to have to look at my intake and see what I can modify. I really need to break into the next "decade". I would like to be below 200 by my b'day in February, but I have to first make my next goal, which is only 8-9 pounds. Perhaps I need to up to 12.5 next month. I don't want to go that high, if I don't need to, though.
I'm a little tired today, too. My DH (hehehehe) decided to wash sheets yesterday and forgot to put them in the dryer until close to 11 pm. So by the time sheets were dry and bed was made it was must passed midnight. UGH...
My big deal for today is to write my letter of intent to retire and request to be placed into the Early Retirement Incentive Program. Whoo hoooo!
That's actually a really good idea! I do think I'm tolerating the 5 mg dose better as far as getting in more calories but yeah, the fatigue is still there!
One of my favorite "things" about my Wisconsin/Minnesota/North Dakota trip was the fresh roasted corn on the cob dipped in melted butter. The sweetness and crisp texture was AMAZING! I don't think I have ever enjoyed roasted corn on that level.
You're doing awesome! If you can tolerate a bit slower loss, upping your calories might help. You can safely extend the time between doses by 1 or 2 days, giving you a window to get more fuel. Seems crazy to think of planning to eat more, or needing to eat more, but that could help with the fatigue. And more calories might not even slow down the speed of weight loss.
Busy week ahead Liz! Have a great time!
Nice to "see" you Ocean Diane! Glad you didn't get hurricane flooding! And yes, such a noble thing to be doing for the children! Thank you for your service to them! A TT gathering sounds fun!
DD, the kayaking pics look wonderful. I was just saying to DH that we should have gone kayaking today. We did a 2.5 walk around the neighborhood instead!
Not much else planned for today except a little grocery shopping. Shredded chicken tostadas for dinner. I'm still very much on a Mexican food kick. It's my favorite these days!
Weight down about another 1/2 lb. Hoping tomorrow's weight will put me at an even 20 lbs. down! It is definitely coming off slower now but that is to be expected. Slow and steady wins the race. I don't have to be at goal until May (DSD's wedding). I do wish the fatigue would subside. It's really hard to get the exercise in when you are feeling exhausted! I didn't have the fatigue with VSG even though calories were quite low and was able to exercise like crazy!
