Couples Bible study last night, woman?s Bible study this morning and I meet with my Stephen?s Ministry person in 30 minutes! Also made the cheesy hash browns for the couple in our Bible study that just had their first baby. Ham and cheese sliders will be made tomorrow for them!

Stopped by the farm fresh produce stand on the way home from Bible study and picked up some corn on the cob! Will have that with grilled burgers for dinner tonight! Yum!

DH starts back on 12 hour day shifts tomorrow so it might be a boring weekend. I can?t wait for him to retire too!

So glad to hear your flight worked out okay. Hopefully DS is boarding his right now. DH is on his way back from dropping him off, DD is still sleeping, and my Aunt and Uncle are in route. So a moment of quiet.

Yesterday we spent some time poking around shops. I walked by one a couple of times that had a summer weight sweater hanging in the window. It was ridiculously expensive, but DH urged me to try it on. It was so cute. So on this trip I have imbibed the most expensive ****tail I've ever enjoyed, and now I bought the most expensive sweater I have ever owned. I'm out of control! DH was very sweet though, he pointed out he buys little doodads and souvenirs all the time, and I don't, so I just spent my souvenir money in one fell swoop.

I'm not sure what today's plans will be. My Aunt and Uncle arrive soon to spend the night. DD is leaving on the 3:15 train, so I think we will go out for lunch. Still overcast and a bit breezy. Perfect weather for a summer weight sweater. :)

I can lounge and read all day very happily. Unfortunately I rarely have the time to do so. DH has a tough time doing that other than at the beach.

Congratulations on 14 pounds! I get lightheaded the first few days after my injection, but when I check my blood pressure it is as usual. I am guessing it could be low blood sugar?

You should have your place the way you want it! In the past I almost never bought any new furniture when I moved and rarely bought multiple pieces at one time. With the Florida living room walls and lanai redone, I am feeling the urge to replace most of the furniture in those 2 rooms. I may just do that with the unexpected extra money I am getting for my house.

I'm sure it was inconvenient for DS, but nice that you got an additional day with him.

Up early again today to travel from DH's house to mine. I have several appointments near my house starting with PT at 9:30, then we have to drive to NY tomorrow. I need to be packed up and on the road by 8:15 (it is 6 now). I had moved a lot of stuff here before we went to Florida in preparation for showing the house so now I need to move it back.

Our travels yesterday were smooth but it was a long day after getting up so early. Justice was thrilled to see us and we took him for a neighborhood walk last night which he was super happy about. So nice to have him snuggling in my lap. DH will take him for a beach walk which he loves after I leave, then come back to my house with him this afternoon. As an aside, when we were at our beach club in Florida we found out that the part of the beach it is on is dog friendly. So we can park at our beach club and take Justice down the path next to the clubhouse to take him for walks there.

I so wish we could stay put for a few days but not until late Saturday when we will get a full week back at my house before we have anything planned. Time to start packing. Have a tautological Thursday!

Just non-toxic bubbles that if you ate them won't hurt you. They're flavored and smell like food.
