Liz, I'm sure the visit with DD is much too short, but happy you are doing some of your and her favorite things!
129 even. Staying pretty steady at the 2 mg dose so far. Don't really feel like I'm eating any more food or feeling hungrier. My Fitness Pal still puts me around 1,000 calories.
Church and my class this morning. DH and I took a 1.5 hour nap, guess we didn't like the time change either!
Leftovers for meals today, which is kind of nice for the chef in the house. As you know, that would be me!
Still have not done the hard exercise DVD again. My excuse is that I don't want it to impact the next day's workout (i.e. too sore to get it done). I did exercise 4 days last week which is good for me! Hope to do the same this week! Debating if one of those days should be today!
We are getting nice weather too. The boys are begging me to grill out. Perhaps tomorrow!
I agree with DD - time talking to friends is always worthwhile.

Since I retired that extra hour of light doesn't seem as precious. I've gotten so I prefer light in the morning more.

Happy Sunday! Another glorious, clear blue sky day! I may even wear shorts today. I'll have to wear a sweatshirt, or hoodie, but my legs can handle the cool weather. The upper body, no so much!
210.7 - hmmm one day without a workout and I drop practically 2 pounds. Hoping to start the work week back in the 209 range.
I didn't do too much yesterday. I did get Bug completely groomed. She is starting to look like a big girl, but she's still very much a puppy.
I am not a fan of the time change either. I attribute my growing dislike of the time change to my age. It takes me longer to adjust now than it used to. I used to have no issues with the change either way. Now I seem to be aware that something is off and it takes me a few days to get in the new groove. Example: it's 11:30 and I am "forcing" myself to eat something before it gets too late in the day.
I will soon have to decide what chore I should do to occupy my day. I've wasted a good 3 hours doing nothing, but catching up with friends. My guilt says I should be productive, but my leisure brain says, "Enjoy!"
Oh yes, this spring forward is a pain, but I do love it in the summer when the sun is up around 5am and setting around 9:30pm. It will be dark again in the morning when I'm driving to work, but we are gaining daylight so fast now it won't be long until sunrise is around 6:30am. What I don't understand is why this one hour spring forward hits so hard. I go back and forth to Eastern Time frequently a d I don't need a week to adjust.
I love cruising through the China donated at St. Vinny's. I would buy it all, but have to restrain myself. I occasionally pick up a serving piece that compliments my own pattern. I use different silver pieces I've found in my bathroom to hold q-tips and cotton balls.
No big plans today either: read my papers, laundry maybe make some soup.
Sunny and 50 today, and tomorrow even warmer. Dreams of spring begin.
121.1 - up probably because we had steak again last night. I don't really enjoy having it that often (every few weeks would be fine for me), but DD loves it so that is what DH planned on and cooked.
DH was really good at keeping DD's visit a secret. We actually did have something scheduled today which we would have had to cancel last minute but luckily the event was actually cancelled. Today we are going to the beach, playing bocce, then out to dinner at the beach club. DD and SIL leave around 9 tomorrow morning.
But first the bus leaves for breakfast at 7:30. Have I mentioned that I hate the time change? It is 7:20 right now and not fully light yet.
Have a sunny Sunday!

Thank you for that info. She is at 73. Apparently it was also low the last time she had a CBC but her doctor didn't follow up on it.
