That's an accomplishment! I have had a tough enough time getting invitations to the brunch sent out via Evite.

I'm so sorry about your niece, Liz. Cancer is so unfair and insidious.
This morning I got up early to work on my Treasurer's report, talk to the MI bank, and clean up Quickbooks for the nonprofit only to be pleasantly surprised today's meeting has been cancelled. My stuff still needed to happen anyway. I am always so shocked when I can actually figure out how to do something non-normal in Quickbooks. Makes me feel like a genius when it happens! Today was recreating old CD accounts' history in there then linking them to newer rollover CD accounts synced with the bank. I am Bookkeeper Woman, hear me roar.
I need to do the tidying I didn't start yesterday and the car detailer is coming by this afternoon. My car has a bad chemical off-gassing smell after being closed up all summer and it needs to be waxed. So that's it for me today.
Take care all!

I have a can because it's the only thing Marvin windows says you can spray on their sliding door tracks to lubricate them!
Weight 119.4. Four days to the wedding. Still a good forecast for Friday, Saturday and Sunday for the rehearsal dinner, wedding, and brunch.
This morning our family is praying for my niece who had a rough time with breast cancer last year during which she had 3 surgeries with the last being a mastectomy. They found cancer in a lymph node last week and a second lymph node looked suspicious so they are going to biopsy that one during surgery to remove the first one this morning. She has no idea what this means for her future yet. I hate that it feels to me that it is like my eldest daughter's experience with cancer when the recurrence led to her death a year later. I know they have made huge strides with breast cancer and pray that she will benefit from them. Strange to think that of the 8 closest female family members, 5 of them have had breast cancer. None of them are related to me or each other biologically. It sure highlights the importance of regular breast cancer screening.
I am going to the same hospital my niece is at today for what is likely my final appointment with my shoulder surgeon as I am 6 months post-op. I think it has healed fine and is essentially as functional as the other shoulder though I still need to gain some strength. I have to admit to not being good at my exercises since I ended PT a month ago though I am using my arm nearly every day to lift boxes, etc. I need to get back in a routine with that once life normalizes.
Time to plan out the schedule - my appointment requires allowing about 2 hours to get to Boston so we need to figure that out. Have a terrific Tuesday!

LOL - wouldn't that be a feat!

I hate how confusing it is to figure out where a program is located and how to get to it. That on top of figuring out how to login to multiple services. And if you just want to do a scan to find something to watch it is a major, time-consuming ordeal.

Yes, I definitely have the pre-wedding jitters. A friend of mine told me that when her daughter was married the daughter was totally calm about everything because she left it to her mother to do the worrying LOL.
Buster sounds like a great little personality. He certainly must be a prime "specimen" to already be showing so well even with his adolescent tendencies.

Yes, CC -- big congrats!
And I almost giggled when I read "Pledge" and realized I haven't thought of that product in years. I just googled it and discovered it's still around. Maybe I should get some.

YES! It seems like the very least I can do to maintain the freedoms we've inherited from so many others' struggles.

I came home to the sumptuous scent of meatloaf in the oven. Yeah!!! DH makes a good one.
Last night's play was entertaining and thought provoking, but so long. We got home at 11:10pm so I wasn't lights out until close to midnight. Feeling okay though.
Yeah to favorable weather report for Saturday's wedding. Can Liz even manage the weather?
