Try to have fun with the picture sorting Liz! If you are trying to pare down and you are finding that difficult, I saw an advertisement for an app that uses your phone to scan pictures to be saved digitally! I actually love sifting through old pictures and remembering the events and people of the past!
166.5. Still not eating well. I made scrambled eggs with ham for breakfast which usually goes down good but could only eat 3 bites. The thought of taking another bite made me want to hurl. I?ve been nursing an iced protein coffee since then and am considering trying cottage cheese for lunch. I really think what is going on is a double whammy of side effects from the antibiotic I?m taking and the GLP 1. Since I have to continue the antibiotic through Thursday I?m just going to skip my injection this week unless I have marked improvement in appetite!
Church this morning with DH. Soon we will make a Costco and local grocery run! Weather is cooler here today and will remain so for much of the week!
These days everything is making me gag Diane! I'm actually doing menu planning for the next several days and hamburgers are on the menu! Mushroom Swiss burgers I think! I like burgers, just need a lot of variety in my food choices!
Weight 121.6. Is it really September already? Now it really feels like summer is over.
DH's birthday celebration with his daughters and families was good yesterday. We were all on the beach until 3:30, then had munchies and steak tips for dinner at the house. It was exactly what DH wanted. We took all 4 dogs on a walk when we got back from the beach. So funny that little Justice, the only male, strutted along in the lead with his "harem" following. The 3 females outweighed Justice from about 15 to 50 pounds. We left early enough to watch a show on TV to unwind.
The family is cleaning up the Cape house this morning, then heading back to their homes. The grandchildren start school this week in New York, a week later than their counterparts in Massachusetts. DH and I are going back to his house this afternoon to stay for a few days for the first time since June. The main things I need to do to prep for the upcoming events at my house can be done from there - picture sorting. I am dreading it.
Have a super Sunday!

Wow - who knew that some eco friendly changes can cause other problems?

Sounds about right to me!

PVC pipes are now made with soybean oil too. That was my fight with rats on my drip system in CA. They would eat through a PVC fitting a night!
FYI on the auto wires. Many auto manufacturers are switching to soybean based insulation for the electrical wires in our cars to be more eco friendly. Ford and Mercedes were some of the first, but now many, many more companies are doing it. Plus, it's an inexpensive insulation to use and can lower production costs.
Greetings all
It's a true pac northwest day today with fog with sun hints. The old car was successfully hauled away today without drama. All gone. I got up earlier than I had to so I am a martyr.
Our football team did well and won by lots today but it's good. No sulking here.
DH succeeded in getting some new kind of cable tv access through his apple tv so he is stoked. Only about 6 called to tech support. Got it done. Hoping it works or DH will be cranky.
DD I can't believe you have to take tests after training videos!!! I would cheat too. Seems like a waste of time. Glad you had a nice evening out. Show us your dress pic!
Bonnie, one wonders why field mice, who have corn and soybeans available, would choose to much on auto parts. Guess it's a timing thing. I don't understand what it is that rodents like in engines but I get it. Happened to me too. Liz hoping your car gets fixed soon.
And DD yes you should do the funeral. The kids will remember. Good they went ahead with birthday party.
Protein protein. Sometimes I do wish there was a protein pill (Major Tom). The stuff is filling.
Hamburgers tonight. Don't gag Paula -we like them. Your DS2 apartment sounds cool. Love the funky eclectic stuff that young people do. At my age it's called mid century junk.
Time to go do my walk which means a bra must be utilized. Gravity...its the law...

I hope you can find that sweet spot where you can lose weight, but still have some energy. It's all a work in progress.

So really the equivalent of a 15 pound loss . I like your math!
