Good luck with the consult! I'd love to have my face freshened up but am not sure it makes sense at this point.

If I could go back in time I would NOT do the 360 circumferential at the same time as the thighs!! What a horrific experience that still haunts me. I'm lucky to not have died quite frankly. Splitting it up costs more, but if it means a better recovery and result, please consider it.

Thanks for that information CC. I'm a little worried about the thighs healing anyway. My body doesn't like stitches much and likes to spit them out!

CC, I think I suffered some trauma too from your body sculpting surgeries. Geez! I'm really sorry you had to go through that mess!

143.6.

The salmon...the tuna...the fruit....total yumminousliciousness!!!! This limited food palette is one I would not soon tire of eating for an extended period of time. Enjoy!

Prayers up for a speedy, smoother navigation of DD's health care access woes (ending with a nonconcerning diagnosis). So frustrating and unnecessarily stressful---where is the fully functioning national healthcare sharing/consulting/ dr.-patient collaboration database????? I mean, if Alexa can open my garage door from 25 miles away........

I know! Can these people not talk to each other???

The food on this boat has been amazing so far: fresh and healthy for the most part.

I'm back in Minnesota, and time to face the music by unpacking and transitioning for the work week. And get back on the protein path. Something I ate Saturday set me off and I couldn't eat anything of consequence all weekend. Almost 13 years with a sleeve, and it can still be so finicky.

Are you like Peps with just about 10 work weeks left?

Greetings all

Today's check in almost didn't happen. We had a super wind blow in at about 2 pm and we lost power. Stayed off for about an hour. All is well now but DH was scurrying about plugging the fridge into his giant battery pack. Studio buddy came over as her power was also out. Hers is likely to stay off longer as it is out in the boonies.

Before the outage we had been on a family zoom call that was a baby shower for nephew and wife. This is the couple that went through all the ivf stuff. Baby is due in a month but they are going to induce her in two weeks. The reason is not clear but they said she is not growing quickly so it's better to have her come sooner. Don't get this but they don't seem worried. So that will be fun. They are naming her Vivian which is a common name in DH family so that is sweet.

Liz that breakfast looks great. I had no idea that was a smaller boat. Not a cruise ship. Looks very fun. And we will all eat the salmon. But old time salmon loaf from canned fish usually has bones and is gross. So your Dh is excused from eating it. When I was a kid the only fish we had was rectangular fish sticks or tuna noodles.

Glad you are home safe DD and that it was a good visit.

In my old age I actually look forward to Mondays because all my regular tv is back and the kiln opens and the cycle resumes. Never thought I would like Mondays. DD and Peps someday soon you will.

Paula good luck with the plastics consults. Big step but you have earned it. And don't forget: old cake is not good.

More shrimp tonight. Not sick of it yet. I made sort of shrimp fried rice with a lot of veggies.

Due to late day hair washing I am still in my bathrobe at 5;30 pm. Guess I had better get dressed up so I can feed the dogs.
