119.2
First day of March. The time change is next weekend and spring starts in 3 weeks. Though it really doesn't start in Massachusetts at that point. There is usually some hairy weather to come in late March/early April.
DD doesn't have a date for the biopsy. She has to talk to the doctor on Monday.
Yesterday was a somewhat wasted day in that we structured it around a 1 pm appointment at the cardiologist but had to reschedule it when we got there because there was some sort of emergency. But I went to the golf practice range with a friend in late afternoon and practiced for 1.5 hours. Some of that practice was based on some instructional videos I watched beforehand. They were pretty helpful.
Today is water aerobics, then likely the beach. We may go back to the Beach Club for dinner and eat at the bar because all tables are full. Lots of people visiting here this weekend!
Not much else going on. Justice is anxious for his morning walk. Have a surprising Saturday!

129.4, finally hit goal (at least for today)! My predictions for an uptick were wrong. I'm wondering what my caloric intake should be now that I'm in maintenance. I think I will try to increase it by 100 calories for a bit and see where that puts me. I am burning a bit more through exercise as well.
Pizza was good last night. I had 2 slices of very thin pizza with just mushrooms, sauce and cheese. My favorite pizza (boring, I know). I ended up going to a drag show with DC1 at a bar they frequent. It was pretty fun. 1 Moscow Mule was consumed!
Today is sunny but chilly. Not sure what is on my agenda for today. Might apply for another Art Fair this summer. I've already applied for 4 others.
I think I will thaw out the frozen lasagna to make for dinner tonight. Nice and easy!
Wish I was having a beach day like Liz! Even a Justice walk (er, I mean Emma and Bella) sounds appealing! I'm impressed that Justice can do a 3-4 mile walk. I think our dogs would be done after a mile or so. Ben and I would take them on longer walks when they were younger and after a certain point they would just refuse to continue and we would have to carry them back home!
My previous Chihuahua was a 1/2 miler LOL. Though she did stretch it a bit for a short while during the summer when we had Justice and Chiquita at the same time (competitive nature).
Congratulations on hitting goal! Sometimes I think our bodies hold onto weight because they think we are starving so that when a few extra calories go in it relaxes and lets go of the fat it has been holding onto. Weird but sometimes seems that way.
