I will look forward to reports about how your vision is after the healing. And we need a hand update, how is that going?
Your resisting being grounded reminds me of a conversation with my Dad. He was staying somewhere that did not allow drinking or smoking, even in your own yard. He chaffed at this. I said, But Dad, you don't smoke and you don't drink. His response Wel! I don't like anyone telling me I can't.
Love your Dad's comment!

My mother said the same thing about the psychedelic lights! She loved the resulting improved vision. And yes as DD asked, how are the hands?

It turned out to be a very nice day. After we got up and packed, we had a lovely and leisurely lunch. We browsed around Celebration and when the sun came lut, we sat in some rocking chairs next to their little lake. I love when towns have these kind of charming public spaces. The air temp was coolish, but the sun was deliciously warm.
Finally, we ended up at Disney Springs with the intent to hear more music at House of Blues. Sadly, they weren't starting until 5, but we found another place that had a very talented duo, so live music accomplished.
So far the plane is leaving at 9:15, 45 minutes later than scheduled. So we do hear some time to kill here. With all the weather snafus this week, it could be much worse.
I'm glad you had a nice day yesterday to finish off your vacation!

My car was supposed to come today, but it needed a 5 hour software update, so it will come tomorrow.
Instead, we went for breakfast at a local restaurant my folks love. With my first 15mg dose on board I could hardly eat anything. I haven't felt this much effect in a very long time. I didn't even think of eating the rest of the day until 5. We had salads for dinner, but I felt a little sickened by the dressing about 2/3rds through. Crazy what a difference a dose can make.
After a grocery stop, Claudia and I cleaned half the garage to make room for the new car. Then I put together the new totem, repaired a bunch of irrigation lines Kirby chewed through, vacuumed, and called my insurance company.
One more day until my folks head back to the chilly north. They've gotten so much snow this winter and still have a lot of winter ahead. Here, winter this year lasted 2 days. It's going to be in the 70s next week (90s in Phoenix). I wish we could share some warmth with Mi in exchange for some winter weather!
Take care all!
Sounds like your folks should consider staying for a bit longer? At least until the cold and snow start to abate somewhat?
I don't miss the winter at all! Our taste of it in Albany early last month convinced me that I don't want to be north in the winter at all anymore if I can avoid it.
