The Art Museum lecture was great! The photographer Robert Farber spoke for an hour about his fashion and other photography. Such an interesting guy. A lot of what he said was that he took advantage of things that just happened/fell his way. He had been a painter, but started taking pictures. At first they were theoretically bad shots and looked terribly grainy but he liked the look and took many pictures intentionally with that grainy look so the effect looked more like paintings than photos. Some of his newest stuff are pictures of degraded slides of old pictures. Really amazing stuff. https://www.farber.com/
Dinner at a Mediterranean restaurant with 6 other women was also fun. I knew 3 of them quite well but I really enjoyed meeting the other 3. A bit too much golf talk at some points but it didn't entirely encompass the conversations. We shared several really tasty dishes.
Before the museum I visited the person who is going to watch Justice next month while we go away. It is on a farm where they board polo horses! Justice met a goat named Lilly, saw the chickens and cows and met the two family dogs (9 year old yorkie and an older 12 year old dog). The woman is from Venezuela and has quite an accent but we understood each other. I think he will do well there.
DH is getting me better golf clubs for my birthday. We ordered them this weekend. I would have preferred jewelry but he hates buying it. Oh well. So much golf around here. Maybe I will love the game more with better clubs ;)
Today there is nothing specific on the agenda. Yeah! I have a bit of a pain in my neck I think from overdoing something a****er aerobics yesterday. Hopefully that eases up today before class tomorrow morning.
Justice walk soon. Have a triptych Tuesday!

133.8, like Ann the other day, I think my weight was up because I was full of ****! Lol! Happy I'm a bit closer to goal.
My TT post from the other day got denied too! States that it is pending approval. Wish uploading pics here was easier!
Hair cut today and I plan to go on the treadmill again today. I did a program yesterday where my speed was constant at 3.2 mph but the grade increased from 2% to 6% in increments and then decreased back to 2%. I happened upon it by mistake but liked the workout! Did arm work too. Once my body starts getting used to the exercise again (though I am not sore at all today) I will add in my exercise DVDs including yoga!
I'll have to check out that photographer Liz!
I think Ocean Diane fixed TT - FB must have changed something which required her to approve everything.

Day 5229 of being sick. Well, not quite that long. I called in sick today too. I did do an online IEP meeting with some parents and other staff this morning at 7:15 am. Technically we are not supposed to do any work during a sick day, but rescheduling these meetings is so difficult, and there are meeting deadlines. If I didn't do it this morning, we'd be out of compliance with federal law.
Liz, those new golf clubs might change your life! While it would be fun to get some new jewelry, I don't want DH to pick it out. I don't wear silver, and he could confirm that, she doesn't wear silver or white gold, but then he will buy me something silver. Or BFF tries to buy me jewelry, also silver (Mexico does have lovely silver) and earrings. I'm unusual, as I don't have pierced ears. No amount of earring wearing will keep my piercings open, so I finally gave up about 30 years ago.
It sounds like Justice will have a very nice stay when you are traveling. Lucky pup : )
So since you could do the IEP meeting maybe a little bit of improvement?

Greetings all
It's cloudy but not raining. Started the day with Scrabble. Won two of three including one game against the Shark. He was playing two boards though. All good. After that it was errands: to the bank to get $ for cleaning person, to hippy grocery for half and half plus some lunch ( bad me bought deli onion rings) to pet store for dog food and finally gym. Did my walking to "Abbey Road". That song "She's So Heavy" goes on and on but it made me walk longer. Lots of people there but nothing weird enough to report. So I have one more chore on my list for the day but there is still time.
DD hoping you feel better soon. Glad to hear you used a sick day instead of toughing it out. You need to regenerate in FLa.
Gof clubs Liz? Oh well. Jewelry is better but you may enjoy the clubs and the game. Sounds like Justice has a good gig coming up. Summer camp.
Talked to an old friend yesterday and got caught up. We mostly talked about being old and our ailments, He recently moved to the south to retire and he likes it. Has made nice friends and likes the front porch scene.
Thinking of Peps as Westminster occurs. But what a nightmare it must be to show dogs in the garden.
Paula I hope you are all well.
DH took the newer car in for software updates. Have not heard about it yet but I bet it was a total nerd fest.
There are trees starting to bud. I have not seen a daffodil yet but soon. And I saw a robin today. But my car was frosted up this morning so we have a way to go.
Remainder of the chili tonight. On to the final daily tasks.
