Wednesday, November 27, 2024 - Thanksgiving Eve?

I'll post pics once it has pillows, a table and chairs. Now it's just a bench so not much to see...

147.1. Bad eating day yesterday, not in the choices I made but the amount! I had a Quest protein bar for breakfast, a Fairlife shake for lunch, and one shredded chicken taco for dinner. I ordered refried beans to go with the taco but couldn't eat them! Hopefully I can get in more today!

Wrapping Christmas gifts today and gifts for the games we are playing. The adult kids enjoy like doing the games and the competition is always fun.

I also have to pick up our race gear (bibs and t shirts) for the Turkey Trot we are doing Thursday morning. We are just doing the 2 mile walk. Gonna be cold!

January temperature here for the next week. No snow/ice makes it a bit more tolerable, but lows of 12 degrees are very sad.

OUCH! That's too cold for me!

Too soon ....winter weather needs to back off a bit and let glorious Autumn weather do its thing.

Walk fast to stay warm!

I'm not as worried about the walk as I am about the football game tomorrow night!

No plans today! Argh, forgot to weigh and it's shot day. I will just use yesterday's on my tracker. I'm debating staying in my jammies all day. Hmm, no I need to walk Kirby.

While the sunrise was beautiful, the sun is now behind a thick layer of clouds shaping up to be a gray day. You need a few of these to make you appreciate the clear blue ones!

Planning a trip to Tucson and Tubac in February with my local friends. The mineral and gem shows are in Tucson (a full month of multiple shows for rocks, crystals, minerals, gems etc. my friend Cathy said you have to see to believe) and Tubac is a neat Spanish colonial artsy town just south. Road trip!
