Yep it's an oven bag. They do work great for turkeys. You can even put some stuffing in the bottom under a turkey breast and also save all the juices to make gravy. I think the dope growers use these bags to shelter seedlings. Modern science.......ds

I met some friends for dinner, an early dinner at 4pm. We had dinner and some wine, and solved many world problems. Someone should check in with us, as all of us 60 somethings have a lot of combined wisdom.

I came home to DH putting up the tree so it's twinkling when the kids get home. While listening to the Carpenters. He's an eclectic guy!
