That's a refrain that runs through my mind a lot lately! Nothing is easy!

I agree with CC. That has to be hard, to be stuck in a situation you did not create or want or ask for. Does he pay rent? You might have to move in for a period of time to reclaim ownership. In the end, who wouldn't want a lovely home on the cape? But the reality is you and Paul bought that house after years of work in professional jobs. Not in your 30s, with minimal employment. Owning a house on Cape Cod is just not in the cards for everyone.

Just sent away for certified birth certificates to get TSA pre and other stuff for our trip in October. Hope stuff gets back in time. I have the document given to my parents when I was born nearly 71 years ago and its pink paper with purple ink but it does not have a raised seal stamp so I am betting it won't work. Hence the order.

CC the post office has indeed gone to hell. My brother worked for them before he died and the stuff they did to workers was ridiculous. Overworked understaffed. So thats probably the issue with yours but you think they could read addresses. Is your mail box secure? Around here they get robbed so many people use a box at a UPS store. Even those locked cluster mail boxes get robbed. Nothing works anymore.

Went out to lunch today and got 4 little tacos. Ate one and brought the rest home. DH was supposed to go but he had a tummy ache. I asked him what he had eaten this am and his list was a mile long. No wonder. When I came home an hour and a half later he was better but already eating again. My sleeve has me trained. We go to friends for Labor day cook out and I am going to have to nag dh all day not to eat before we go.

Liz sounds like you need a slow day. Beach indeed.

Steak last night. Guess its the remaining tacos tonight. I stopped by the studio after lunch but just wasn't feeling like doing stuff. Its another foggy day and again, I never seem to wake up on these days.
