I have a feeling OH is going to eat this one. So tell me if you don't get it LOL.
So we have a bunch more covid cases and we are now level red - jumped from yellow. That means our studio has to partially close. No classes or open members allowed. I get to come in because I have private space. And our director is not feeling well - no covid test yet but will get one. Hope she just has a cold. At least it appears our PPP loan is forgiven. $22k which really has kept us afloat.
Yeah Liz, aint it the truth that hours of cooking is eaten in minutes. I remember a bar b que where the guys cooked for hours and hours and we ate in 15 minutes. Egg plant lasagne sounds good. Do you roast the eggplant first or skillet brown it?
So DH was like a little kid the other day. All excited to watch the Space X launch of astronauts to the space station. Then a day later we had to watch the docking sequence. I am old enough to remember the moon landing!
I am thinking about weight but not doing anything. Yesterday was my 11 year surgery anniversary. So glad I did it even if I am sort of off the wagon.

I roasted, then broiled the eggplant to brown it a bit in the end. Too much to fry in a pan, plus I only put spray oil on it.
I also seem to be thinking and talking about weight and not taking action. Sigh...
