Diane, that "taco" sounds great! I'm going to try it. Thank you.
For those looking for a bit of "bread" that isn't high points, check out this one (available at Walmart, which means it's everywhere else, too):

BTW, the price quoted at that link is nuts; at Walmart it's $2.56 for 5 pitas. :)

I'm very late chiming in today, but above are my morning weigh-in and Saturday stats.
Yesterday was a good one--spent over two hours at my day spa for a facial and a pedicure. However, I just realized that my facialist and I forgot to get my brows dyed. I'll drop by the spa this week and get that handled.
I was so relaxed after yesterday's spa experience that I came home and went prone. And I loved it! I'm totally ok with being a couch potato at least once a week. In fact, I think it's good for me.
Today I got a LOT done. Got a lot of one of my book club selections read. This morning I also cleaned out the under-the-kitchen-sink horror that hadn't been vacuumed for at least a decade. Yes. I'm that woman. Anyway, it's so clean now and uber-organized.
Today I cooked good food and enjoyed it all. Even took a nap. And I finally !!! got that field on the hill cleaned up that I've been waiting on a "warm" day to tackle. I'?m happy to use my lawn mower as a brush hog this time of year, since I have time to get my blades sharpened up before spring.
Am listening to easy jazz right now and about to organize a blueberry muffin and extra blueberries into a micro-waved blueberry cobbler and finish my dinner wine with it. Life is pretty easy at the moment. It's not so easy for millions of people around the world tonight. I treasure my blessings tremendously. I did nothing to deserve this kind of good fortune, but I am extremely aware of and grateful for it.
Sweet Sunday night dreams to you all!

Now I wouldn't have thought of that blueberry cobbler. I will have to try that!
