(Six months and one week.) AT GOAL month 8. Maintaining at goal range (139- 144) ~ four (4) years !!
Breakfast: 45 cal. Bread, peanut butter, raspberry jam, sf latte
Lunch: cottage cheese and blueberries
Dinner: sirloin steak, asparagus
Snacks: fairlife milk, chobani yogurt with chia seeds, sf Moscow mule, ( we use a sugar free ginger beer, only calories to count is the alcohol)
Unplanned eats: 5 sourdough crackers
Calories: 1223
Where to start...the last couple of days have been unplanned eats and IDGAF eating...

L: half turkey swiss sandwich, chips, dip
D: hamburger pattie with grilled onions, few fries
S: pork rinds, ice cream cup
unplanned eats: ice cream cup, grazing on health bar bites, more chips and dip, peanuts
B - 0% Fage, berries, granola
Post workout - ON protein shake (1 scoop with almond milk)
Lunch - 4 oz tri tip
Dinner - (late and unplanned) In and Out burger with a handful of chips.
late evening Snack - vanilla ice cream (this was a part of my planned calories)
Unplanned stress snacking - 1 Reese's PB cup, some jelly sours
Weight was up 1.8 this morning, too.
