Wt 217, eating about the same. Been missing the past week or so. Fighting mood mostly. When my mood is down I really don't care about what I eat but it is still N&Y mostly. I have pushed myself to work through it. I have cut, split, moved and stacked 3- 7x16' trailer loads of firewood for my DS and DIL. I have one more load that is almost ready to move to his house but it is raining so I have been installing AC in the shop today. Next project is a doggie door so when we do leave town we don't have to worry about full puppy bladders. They will be able to go into a small fenced area. Fenced because I don't want any unwanted critters in the shop.

I also built a stitching horse for my brother. Pic to follow.

More later, David

Nice to be missed. Thank you. A stitching horse is a vise stool for leather work.

A late, quick report today -- have been working on my consulting gig. Next week I'll be on my first biz trip in 1.5 years. Weight is up, thanks to some rare over-eating on Saturday.

BTW, I've been meditating every morning. It's becoming a reminder of what's not important and what is.

To wit, this week's theme is KINDNESS ... for myself, dear hubby, my clients, and everyone else. That's to counteract my pre-retirement hyper-intensity work mode. :)

Paula, thinking of your hubby's upcoming tests. I hope you have the best outcomes you're hoping for. ((hugs))

Greetings Kind ones

Well I am late here today because of computer issues at the gallery. Had the repair guy come out and he thought he fixe it but to no avail. It crashed again an hour later. Trying to get the guy back and also price a new tower. Of course everyone has a different opinion on what to do and I am getting weary of hearing it.

135.5 today which is down a half. Planned to go to gym today but computer issues got in the way.

Shel be careful in those woods. Near here a man was attacked by a mountain lion. He survived because his wife beat it off with a stick but he was seriously injured. In Alaska, I hear they wear bear bells on their shoes which are essentially jingle bells so the bears hear you coming.

Can't wait for you to do Aruba, Liz.

Good to hear from you Dave. Stitching bench is cool.

Diane O, hope things evolve well with Chuck. Don't rush, of course.

Well I am so sick of computers so I am getting off. Peace all. Diane S.

Weight up another pound today. Booooo! LOL! Actually, sort of deserved. Low water and sugar make for water retention. Oh, well.... ONWARD....

School is winding down. Puppy went to new home and it was very quiet here last night.

Seems like many of us are primed for transitions. I hope that the coming changes for us all take us in the positive direction we all deserve.

Had a good shrink session today. Nice to realize how much the meds are helping to kick the ostrich to the curb!

Lots to do in the next few days. Till tomorrow!
